Due to popular demand, Rocky Mountain motifs were published late in summer. Many do look similar, so the local zoo, featuring grazing moose made the set as well. Re-tracing the steps to find these old scenes could be a fun summer project - the Athabasca/Columbia Icefield has retreated quite far away from the highway since this watercolour was done, back in the 1970s.
